How we're structured
Small enough that account loads per strategist stay low — see our pricing philosophy for why that matters to us specifically.
Each client engagement has a named lead strategist you'll meet on your first call, plus specialist support (technical, content, outreach) as the scope requires. You get their names and direct contact details once you're a client; we're not going to publish full individual profiles here before that, since a page of stock-photo-adjacent bios adds marketing gloss without adding anything you can actually verify.

Advance notice of any staffing shift
If staffing changes mid-engagement, we tell you before it happens, not after.
